      Pros

      Flexible time, bosses stay off back if get work done

      Cons

      Keep cutting benefits, insurance goes up drastically almost every year, during COVID lockdowns still worked but lost bonus, 401K match, and portion of salary even though company made a record amount of money and we were forced to work overtime. Have to use personal time if you get COVID
