Pros

Smartest people I have ever worked with, and a "figure it out, we're all in this together, get stuff done" attitude that permeates the entire company. Great leadership, incredible transparency, and everybody - from top to bottom- treated as a colleague. A rare company in a tough business- and way better place than working for one of the giant SI borg.

Cons

Not yet enough formal training for new entry-level consultants (they are working hard on solving this right now- more a description of where they are in their growth curve). Never enough people- another "problem" of rapid growth. All companies should have such problems ;)

Pros

Appirio is incredibly collaborative. Highlights of the company include an all company email where employees post questions and ideas (that can be voted on) daily. We use Salesforce chatter for "shout outs" that award employees for their stellar company contributions. Bi-weekly one-on-one hang outs with managers and many options for COE and additional training are available ad-hoc. Bi-weekly company meetings hosted by our CEO keep the entire company in sync with initiatives and roadmaps as well as new hires and project go-lives.

Cons

Travel can be challenging. To date, I've traveled approximately 25% of the time. travel is usually out on Monday or Tuesday, home by Thursday evening.
