      Many benefits outweigh the few negatives

      Pros

      Appirio is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. Three of the four founders are still actively involved and have established a culture that is different, smart, fun and transparent. The company does an exceptional job of hiring and maintains a very high level of talent. Appirio prides itself on being bold, different and a leader - all of which it is.

      Cons

      In an effort to be bold and different, the company got off track for a few years and is feeling some pains to get back on track.

      Pros

      Good, transparent culture and great people. Created own reputation in a very niche market space. Trying to be competitive in a very cost driven market. Good bonus structure

      Cons

      Horrible benefits. No room for future vertical growth. No clear structure around promotions and merit increases. The compensation ranges are not at par with competition. All mid size clients.

      Not as advertised - no vision

      Pros

      Great people, nice offices, macbook computers.

      Cons

      Leadership is lacking. Advertises work from home, fun work environment, great vision and leadership. Once you are there you are regulated like its the 1980's. All thought leadership left last year and now they just spend spend spend through VC money with no idea on how to turn a profit.
