      Pros

      Very adaptive to your needs -- flexible work times and locations. Excellent salary and benefits. Great culture that brings the best out of everyone working there. A definite recommend -- you should work at Arm!

      Cons

      No bonuses Stock refresh is much less than with comparable companies Too much over-administration for things like travel (long approval cycles)
