Pros

Work with amazingly skilled and motivated people. Work on technology that impacts products from major customers. Norway office allows to maitain a good work/life balance. Great experience and a big name on the CV.

Cons

Offices besides Cambridge are often suffering from lack of resources, sometimes difficulting get work done. Salaries are not awesome, compared to other companies at the same level.
