      Thanks for leaving a review! We don't currently have a monthly feedback form for employees in place, other than your scheduled 1:1's with your line manager, but this is something that I have passed on to our Internal Communications team. I think it's a great idea, we just need to make it anonymous so employees will participate without fear of retribution for a negative comment.       A good stipend of 20000 in india which is great.

      Cons

      no vacancies on careers page to apply for it. only on campus placements are being carried.

      No proper work life balance. It used to very good , because of lot of competition this situation arises.

      Thank you for leaving a review. As we are growing, the pressure to continually work longer hours is common place. I highly encourage you to have a conversation with your line manager in your 1:1's regarding your work life balance issue. They'll assume that everything is fine unless you address the issue first! The new AFDS that is being tested now will also help to address this, so you can course correct more frequently throughout the year as opposed just once a year like in the past. -Rick C.
