Micromanaged Bonus structure (at least in the past) was not very representative of actual sales effectiveness Very little attempt to incorporate different sales styles to create unified sales teams

Was once a patient and employee first company, now shareholder first company

Great Leadership development program. Great benefits.

Cons

The patient no longer comes first and selling has become more of a robotic function where asking the customer what his/her needs are, is out of the question. AZ has gone back to messaging thinking that this is what their customers want to hear. Any value added services for the customers have been eliminated. Morale is down significantly and many, many good people have left the organization.

-Good salary -Lots of work -Friendly people -Bonuses provided -3 weeks sick time allowed -Nice cafeteria -Teleworking available -excellent suburban location

Cons

A tough enviroment to work in. I have seen good people leave in an effort to resurrect their careers. No shuttle on campus to the various buildings or to the Metro--difficult to reside in DC unless you drive in.
