Not sure if all the right org's are talking to eachother and understands how important they are for overall success of the company. Seems like a huge disconnect.

- Good place to work if you are a .Net coder - $2,000/year to spend on gadgets - Pretty good health benefits

Cons

- Laser focus on selling to CIOs makes it a poor place to work for business solution consultants (ERP, CRM, BI) - New career model has virtually stopped all career advancement - Shift from regional to service line organization has drastically reduced leadership roles and opportunities - Old boys club mentality among leadership (most worked together at Accenture or Microsoft Consulting Services) - 80% of business is hand-me-down work from Accenture - Very poor work/life balance
