Pros
Microsoft powerhouse - if you want to learn about the latest Microsoft technologies, this is the place. There are also lots of training available, both internally and externally. You get to work with a great group of people, a great group of people that knows how to have fun and enjoy life. Via different projects and events, you can meet many people and improve your networking. Senior management is very easy to approach.
Cons
Even though the company tries hard to promote a work/life balance, the balance is beginning to tip towards the work side. Pay in general is less than other consulting shops. This feels more of a transition company, where you come in, build up your skills, meet people. After that, you'll be thinking, "OK I'm done here - where next?"
