Extended benefits plan and stock options

Over last few years company is slowly transitioning into using Accenture benefit plans which are inferior to what we previously had. Bonuses have not met their target % for atleast 3 years and there haven't been any salary hikes

Great consultancy which exposes you to many interesting projects. Great to learn a lot fast.

Cons

It's a consultancy, so it comes with some of the cons of that, e.g. jumping from one project to another, fast>best, tight deadlines
