Manager is the worst position to be at Avanade if you really care for your role

Lieing and low morale team working on the surface. This team's expectation is they will just code as asked. They dont know what they are doing as they just copy paste the code given by AI tools. Literally need to babysit them even for experienced professionals. Junior employees have unions that they torture the mid management by just lieing. Again not all the employees are like this and there are stars too. Bad luck if you dont get stars in your team. Top Leadership does not know all these and put all pressure on mid management like Managers to extract the impossible work. So you will be burnt out one day definitely. Sales leads setup the skyrocket expectations with clients which is not technically possible no matter how good you are technically.
