It is a truly multinational and multicultural company It is a very successfu company It gives very good salary and benefits

Cons

In a few occasions, it felt like the company was taking decisions on employees roles and career moves without really consulting the employees, just working on the assumption that if you are well paid, you should accept everything

- competitive benefits - matrix organization - so most work is cross-functional - many people with unique personality, the culture is quite similar across different market - great friday bars - a lot of opportunities for cross functional exposure and career progression

- unclear vision of the future of the organisation - from mid management upwards it is about whom you know rather then what you know and deliver - decision making is slow and even once a decision is made, it often is reversed - bullying is tolerated, particularly high up in the organisation
