Pros
The only thing positive about the company is the compensation package. If you are attired by money this is the place to work at. For the rest.... I cannot find anything worth mentioning
Cons
Tobacco company, hence ethics and morale does not exist apart from the façade. The type of industry shapes the employees and the culture. Also this type of industry attract people with no principles Everyone is here to "milk the cow". Poor line management, only focused on personal gain without real interest to support. Very hierarchical. Almost like the monarchy. Tobacco industry in the 21st century is about lawyers and lobbists trying to gain time to transform the company before is too late.
