Company car, they usually try to have patches close to your home

Cons

High potential (HiPo) program brought out the worst in some colleagues. Didn't really make any strong friendships due to this (a first for me). Declining market within Australia, pressure to move regionally or off the beaten track in other markets overseas. Work life balance not really respected

Great environment, supportive leaders, works get recognized and reward with one-off recognition gift cards ranging from RM100 to RM 3,500. It can even get up to 1 to 2 month's salary for high impact projects, and this is on top of bonus.

Cons

Limited career upward mobility, challenging industry, political play is very subtle that nobody realizes what make or break their career. Long hours and western counterpart aren't respectful of your working hours due to time zone differences.
