      Pros

      I work together with, by my definition very reasonable people who are open to helping me learn what they want me to do. I feel they don't want me to do things that I feel I am not capable of.

      Cons

      I suppose the working experience varies from store to store. The first Billa I started working at, I found two of my colleagues very repulsive and I chose to leave. The second Billa I joined, I found my colleagues much friendlier.
