Actually there is a limited number of advantages of working at BNP Paribas ZAO. These are: nice location, relatively higher salary and social package, free meal. that is all by far.

Cons

Disadvantages include: the fact that you have to report to these Paris-based people, who have absolutely no idea what it is like to work in Russia. Often too beurocratic, long decision making process, and the people who think they are the smartest guys in this country, turst me which is not the case.
