      + Amazing colleagues, open to help you with anything you need. + Great top management, they are very reachable. + Other departments help you without any problem, especially HR. + Life/work balance is a big plus + Good compensations + Many growing opportunities

      Pros

      BairesDev is constantly growing so that gives it the stability that not every software outsourcing company has. Well staffed, you always have someone there to help you no matter the task. They allow employees to work from home but also give you the possibility to work from their downtown office which is beautiful. Well organized and the people are friendly.

      Cons

      As an employee there is nothing to really complain about, the nature of the business is the only thing that at times, when dealing with clients oversees can be stressful but that's on each person and how they handle it. "Nature of the beast".
