      Pros

      Flexible hours, paid in USD, good environment.

      Cons

      They don't tell you the truth during the process, they don't tell you that they monitoring you with a software that takes SS every 4 min. Also you only have 2 sick leaves per YEAR. They tell you that you can grow, that's fake, even if you're a top performer they won't give any success career opportunity.

      They pay, and that's it. No more positives

      Cons

      I was with a client for one and a half years. The contract ended, and they told me that was fine and that will have another client, one day latter they fired me without any warning.
