Full home office. They Provided me all the Hardware needed for my daily usage.

Cons

After a couple of months they are now requesting to use US work hours, but since the interview process I told them that this is not possible for me.

I've been working at BairesDev for several years and only have good things to talk about. BairesDev is a great company not only in terms of benefits and/or compensation package but also because the company is constantly growing giving its employees a bunch of professional opportunities. BairesDev is by far the best company I've ever worked in.
