Cons

No recognition at all. The company urges for fluent English employees whereas it hires tons of poor speakers. Still, no stability at all. You are checked out of a project and you are literally unemployed no matter how much you dedicate yourself to the company. Internal processes are cumbersome. There is no standard practises to run project. Junior teams are staffed for complex projects.
