Free Bagels, can drink alcohol on the job. staff supportive and not to mention mostly white environment.. Words to the wise, any time someone who has no experiance and no degree in IT can get a job L2 or 3 just for being a respected employee and little work, something is wrong with that scenerio. Or better yet, anytime someone who closes 35 minimum calls per week for 6 months for 15.00 dollars per hour and after the 6 months as lapsed you have to take a test and fail and stays at 15.00 just for 2 dollars more. Then on top of that you cant take the test again for another 6 months, something is terribly wrong. Barracuda is a chinese sweat shop for overworked IT techs
Cons
No training, Management threatens the employees. No training, Horrible at every level. Low pay. Will terminate you for not meeting call quotas. 3 levels of support which level 1 handles all three. No call screening and will write you up if you can handle the calls with angry customers. L2 always fearful that you will give out company information to the customer. Then will call you a idiot for not knowing about proprietary information about the company.
