      Constantly changing priorities Micromanagement has replaced sound strategy’s and tactics. Poor and inexperienced managers/mentors. Sr management weak at best Lack of innovation and slow releases - fallen behind! High turnover Low pay

      It’s really a great place to work. It is one of the best decisions that I made in my life to join Barracuda. Average employment period of employee in Barracuda is around 6 years.

      Cons

      There’s only one office in India and that is in Bengaluru.

      The deals are there and the partner breadth is good.

      Cons

      Race to the bottom, value is based on the discounts you provide, unable to forecast accurately because you’re always asked to pull deals forward for half the initial forecast value, and then told to find more.
