Pros

For me it's, compensation and schedule. I left accenture and made over 150% of my previous salary, and that's being modest. Regarding schuedule, as long as you put in the hours and get the work done on time, schedule is flexible. Also, for the most part hours are rarely 40+ hours a week. Coming from accenture where I rarely logged less than 50+ hours a week, this is refreshing.

Cons

Financial situation of the company is dire. There is somtimes the thought of the companies demise ligering in the back of my mind. I believe it is only the project I'm currently on (my only project so far here), but the design is not very extensive.

Pros

The name recognition of working for a company like Bearing Point is one of the biggest advantages while working at this company. The upper level management is incredible. The advanced levels of management and internal trainings are phenomenal.

Cons

If you lowball yourself when you start you will have to put up with a lower salary until you leave.
