The technologies we use on some projects are stipulated by our clients, many are leading edge, others are less so. The role of a manager at BearingPoint entails client delivery as well as other responsibilities such as growing your team, developing team skills, developing people and self-development. We run training several times during the year for managers particularly in the areas of people management and engagement/team lead management. If you have not received training and would like support, please speak with your manager or a member of the HR team in this regard.
