Pros

There really isn't a reason, the salary is fine depending on who you work for but not worth it for the amount of stress you have to deal with.

Cons

No clear direction from management. No one offers any help to each other to help employees in need unless they are required to by their management. Worst part is there is no option for employees to choose which project they would like to work, if they turn it down chances are they will be on the bench within 2 weeks and gone after that.

Pros

The pay is great and the work is interesting. At bearingpoint one can have the ability to grow and learn many new areas if you are hired into the techincal aspect of the company. Also, the company is good for younger right out of college employees. Bearingpoint gives recent college graduates the ability to get top experience that they would not gain from your regular lower level management program that many companies offer to college graduates.

Cons

The hours can be great and some of work can be unsatisfying. Also the pay can be great for employees hired at levels of consultant and above but lower level salaries can vary greatly
