Pros

Working at BearingPoint gave me a lot of working possibilities and a big range of clients. From SAP to Salesforce to Snowflake with Azure/AWS as backbones for day to day life, I had learned working with new tools. This helped me better server our clients.

Cons

Being always engaged with clients could hinder the position uptake in the career. Profitable for the company, however focus is diverted from promotions.
