Pros

I've worked for Best Buy for 8 years and there is a reason for that there are health insurance options, personal days/vacation days, school reimbursement, fun culture, 401k, bonus potential.

Cons

There isn't a set schedule. No matter how many years you put into the company you can't have a set schedule. It's not an awful gig but I wish I could have the same hours each week.

Pros

Good employee discount for accessories and mobile benefits for employees BUT!!

Cons

Lack of knowledge towards technologies, lack of management and this company will only train you to learn how to sell their services such as "geek squad". Management were racist towards lower employees and harass you until you quit your job. Managers are not there to help employees but to have plenty of smoke break.

Pros

New technology all in one place! Constantly learning new things. Partnership with vendors are great. Discounts and accommodations are amazing!!

Cons

Senior Management (not in store) see's your store as a number and doesn't take "store reality" into account when trying to push for stores to hit a certain metric. What works for one store, may not be the best way for the next.
