Pros

Cool internship with cutting edge tech. Supportive staff, and an incredible project. Gave real work that would be used in production! Has the opportunity for post internship full time job offers.

Cons

As an intern, there are no downsides to a job like this. Best Buy is still transitioning from a hired contractor to a full time tech employee company. It's a good time to get into their Ecommerce department.

Hands on, air conditioned shop, good benefits within the company for health, 401k, and discounts.

Cons

Strict set schedule with no flexibility for hours, productivity based hours. Revolving mangers and leadership personal.
