-Great healthcare and pretty much nothing else

Cons

-Wow where do I start? -Extreme micromanaging every day, paychecks are constantly wrong/being overpaid, promotions are now delayed until 1 year in your position regardless of your performance -Commission was increased by 54% for this next half, even though deals are MUCH bigger now in ACV -The expectation is that you do your job and make your calls and pivot however the business needs you and do not ask questions

The company is full of incredibly smart and welcoming people, cutting edge technology, and an exciting future. A lot of companies talk about culture, at Boomi it is obvious from day one that it is more than just talk. Lots of work to do, and high standards, but the company treats its people right. Cant wait to see where Boomi goes from here!
