Perceived "Branding". The cons really outweigh the pros
Cons
- Compensation. Anyone less than partner doesnt get well compensated compared to other leading industry comparable firms. Even a tier 3 bank, pays better than consulting - Benefits are not real and difficult to use. They are just marketing - Becareful of the marketing, and many people are drinking the "cool aid" - Many partners are very hands off to managing the business, putting a lot more work on the mid-levels to take ownership and run with it - Very difficult to get a real perspective on things, as so much marketing involved
