      Pros

      The brand name. The people. The office, food, and perks such as stay at fancy hotels.

      Cons

      The Knowledge Team in BCG India isn't very good. The work in the knowledge team isn't good- it is basic and rapid reach with little learning of the individual. Their is a lot of favorism at play by the the management and they are not concerned with the development of the team. Personal growth of the individual is very slow in terms of learning as well as promotions.

      Pros

      Steep Learning curve. Colleagues are amongst the smartest you'll ever meet. Interesting issues with plenty of exposure.

      Cons

      WLB, but getting better. Taking serious steps to improve but nature of consulting requires a lot of travel.
