Pros

nice office free wine and snacks pay and benefits

Cons

Recruiting oversells Omnia as a startup. It feels more like a cheap offshore development company. This business is not respected by the main consulting business and feels very separate. And there is not much diversity in leadership.

Pros

The benefits are the golden handcuffs. But actually once you leave, you realize benefits are also great at other companies.

Cons

You are analyzed for social behavior and cues that are completely unrelated to your actual job performance. The pay is FAR BELOW pay grade for assistants spanned across competitors. The raise is a joke and the bonus after it's taxed at 40% is laughable.

Labor exploitation at all levels

Business Outlook

Pros

Excellent career prospects to move to another company once you have spent some years of your life in the company. Professionally a very interesting job.

Cons

Very competitive and toxic atmosphere. Massive labor exploitation at all levels working on a daily basis always more than 12h and many days up to 15-16h a day. They expect 24/7 availability without considering any personal circumstances. They say client always comes first. If you do not agree with all this, you will have trouble with managers and with colleagues as well. Very toxic company.
