Pros

A useful waystage organisation for young aspiring career-minded professionals interested in NGO sector. Some great colleagues / peers.

Cons

Expect a huge gap between espoused and lived values / behaviours. Those in senior leadership positions tend to serve themselves and their careers ahead of the corporate mission.
