Pros

Great working environment with plenty of challenging and meaningful work. The office is new and equipped with the latest technologies. Compensation (both base and total pay) is very competitive—you don’t have to leave the company for better pay. Broadcom (AVGO) stock has been rising strongly over the past few years and is expected to continue growing, making long-term tenure financially rewarding. The KV2 Bangalore office is entirely owned by Broadcom, very large, modern, and well-equipped with excellent facilities. Each floor also has big gaming rooms with Pool, Table Tennis, Foosball, Carrom, etc.

Cons

Employee benefits could be improved. Pantry options are limited to basic tea, coffee, and a few snacks. Cafeteria offers a good variety of affordable food, but it is self-paid. The company also does routine, limited layoffs every quarter.

Pay increase due to stock vesting

Cons

Basically no other benefits, and the culture is toxic.
