Pros

- Nice office in my building

Cons

A colleague new hired together with me has left after one month. My manager immediately comes to me asking if I were going to leave, for no reason. After one month he comes back to fire me. I was still on probation, moved to Prague for this job. Had to start jobhunting in a new city for me, new country, with no professional experience to put on plate during interview, it was my first job. He has never even tried to onboard me.

Pros

RSU's, generally high pay, very good health insurance, unlimited PTO (If you have good direct management)

Cons

PTO is hard to get the ok for unless you have management that really care about it. RSU's are dependent on annual performance reviews. Annual performance reviews are a forced ranking so regardless of actual performance, there will always be people marked as needing improvement, sub par performance. Everything about the company is about sales, and quotas are unreasonable. Layoffs every year. They do not backfill, so teams are constantly understaffed, and it gets worse year after year. No promotions available. No internal training. Very hard for people to stay proficient. There is no company culture or sense of team
