      * Good perks, like long vacations and good insurance.

      Cons

      * Chaos, chaos everywhere. No communication between departments.

      Pros

      The top research lab in particle physics the world. International and diverse environment. A lot of exposure to a variety of fields (research, computing, public outreach/fund raising, engineering,...) at top level. Excellent infrastructure with on-campus restaurants, banks, post offices, travel agencies and shops.

      Cons

      Old buildings lacking the comfort of private companies. Too many external visitors/tourists at CERN. Very crowded cafeteria.
