Pros

Nice people, great perks, and interesting space

Cons

Switch off your brain and do what your told is the mantra. Diversity of thought is not encouraged, and founders make every decision (down to the position of buttons)

Cost-cutting? Felt like it. Sad.

Pros

Supportive culture, great colleagues, and strong emphasis on impact. You’re trusted to own problems and encouraged to experiment. Pay and benefits are competitive, and flexibility is better than most tech companies. There’s also genuine commitment to diversity and inclusion, not just lip service.

Cons

Growth means complexity. Processes are increasing, and decision-making can be slower than it used to be. It’s not always clear how individual work ladders up to company-level strategy, especially in larger groups.
