Pros

- bfast/lunch/dinner buffet - Apple products + Google Workspace + Slack + Zoom - Season Opener events - Club activities - Annual performance review (both for you and your coach); - Non-monetary Benefits e.g. EAP from InfinitCare and InTouch, Canvaversary and Birthday gifts. - Cool workspace!

Cons

- A very verryyy confusing skills assessment for promotion - Vague performance review. They based your salary increase depends on the good feedback you get from your coach and peers. - Great culture at first but it became messy when they added leadership team members from US. - Poor communication channels from leadership team. - Unclear explanation on recent layoffs they made in Finance. - They cost-cut but spends a loooot of discretionary expenses.

Pros

Nothing outweighs the cons, except for perhaps a small handful of good people.

Cons

Everything. Just don't accept a job here. It looks amazing from the outside but the real except is anything but. RUN.
