[They want to built a rocket ship in a sprint with 5K Ops cost :D ] Politics , Bias, Groupism [Director, Sr Managers who are from same community & family friends decide ratings in home / coffeeshop] Unrealistic deadlines set my Dir+ [ Causing team to work extended hours , weekends & they Burnout] No Recognition after great deliverables & Dir+ always gives demotivating statement to team [ When we pulled of 6 months effort work project in 3 months by sacrificing holidays & weekends. Dir said that it can be delivered in a Month and team is not capable]

This is a ploy used by leadership to fire massive amounts of employees without calling it a lay off. Teams were reorganized 3 times in less than a year of service. Remote employees treated poorly, preferential treatment given to those who commute to the office. Haphazard plan and no transparency for requiring RTO.
