Good pay for college students with flexible hours Most of the weekend and nights off

Cons

Lots of mandatory team building activities that can be annoying if you don't see a future with the company Hours can be really early or late sometimes, because of the above. Didn't really see people moving up at a fast pace, mostly horizontal promotions
