      Pros

      Culture of decency, intelligence - a place where most of the employee base is collaborative, well-wishing, open and focused on mutual success.

      Cons

      Transformation today pressures most departments to execute while still figuring out what they should execute, and even as transparency in diminishing relative to past times. Coordinated strategy-building is difficult with this amount of change, and without more open communication about in-the-moment navigation.

      Great customer experience. Bleeding edge technology

      Cons

      They get rid of long time employees and outsource their work to India and Costa Rica. The customer support suffers and the customer satisfaction plummets and all they care about is the bottom line. There is no loyalty anymore. They do not care about the employee or the customer. It is all about metrics. Take a case close a case.
