Pros

Sales and services culture again... The sales teams are winning and excited again. The board brought in an advisor from the investor group to reignite the sales teams. He did what others before could not and made the most positive impacts I have seen in 7 years of employment at the company. They quickly refocused the teams on what is important and simplified layers of complexity (sales prevention) that the former teams had created. The numbers are moving in right direction and all the departments can seen the positive movements. Many new and strong outside talent now.

Every company has issues. Nothing out of ordinary. More frequent company wide communication could be improved

It was very nice working there. Good product and nice people.

Was a comfortable work environment. Very nice people. The company had a lot of respect for their employers.

Cons

Not very profitable company. Management targets were not consistent. It became a big company and less intimate.
