Pros
Yes, we’ve seen many changes recently in Click – reorg, new management. But we need to look forward- The product is great, customers do move to the cloud product. We lost a lot of knowledge in the last 2 years, but we can train our teams. After all we are the field service experts. The product vision is clear- dominate the field service market using AI and advanced technology The technology is modern, although it needs to be more robust.
