day-to-day flexibility, low to no barrier of entry into starting development into other roles, switching teams/projects is not uncommon on request of employee, the culture enables you as a person to pursue and initiate whatever you feel is right, operational leadership has decades of experience in software development and understands the in's and out's of this kind of projects

Cons

definitely not the highest paying employer on the market, recently swapped C-level due to new stakeholder's aquisition
