Customers are regularly lied to causing a lot of frustration. Anytime you need to reach out for help from the "Tier 2" agents expect to be waiting 30 mins before they even look at your case, receive a sarcastic or demeaning comment then wait another 30 mins while they begrudgingly do their job all while some poor customer is sat there waiting. They use metrics without any understanding of what the numbers mean, they will ask customers to fill in a ten question survey then base your entire performance around just the first answer which is a question about how they feel about the company as a whole. Team leaders have no original thoughts and will drag you in for "coaching" so they can ignore all your concerns, gaslight you a little then give you a verbal warning and a PIP for things you have absolutely no control over. Their attitude towards employees extends to this website where some mindless drone copy pastes responses to a bad review every now and then while addressing nothing that was written. Work here do the paid training and get out ASAP

The worst place I have ever worked. They act like they are nice and trying to help you but they break you down mentally and make you feel incompetent. There is no work life balance as you can be given a completely different shift the next month. Like they don't expect you to plan anything else with your life, just accept any shift given. Also when it comes to dealing with customers they have policies which can change overnight. You are expected to always check these policies when dealing with each and every customer cause they don't give you notice of the change and doing anything different can lead to termination. The worst is if the customer gives you a bad survey for following the policy, that survey stays and they find a way to blame you without taking any responsibilityfor the policy that definitelyupset customers. Everyone of your call is recorded and monitored. It's a good place to start up but don't make the mistake of staying long cause there is no job security.
