      Pros

      Yes you get 40 hours a week and a set schedule and they provide training, no need for prior experience and overtime.

      Cons

      They do not do anything about employees harassing you ON THE JOB!!! I’ve never seen anything like it. I literally saw this girl get threatened to get beat up by two other employees, they allow the girls to harass this girl (who by the way is a new hire). It seems to be a hostile work environment. Management says “they can’t do anything to the girls because they haven’t touched the other girl”. It’s absolutely insane!!

      Pros

      Not one besides money but you can get that in many other forms and may be a good in between job. Not even that really.

      Cons

      Pay is $11/hour, you could make more babysitting. Not a professional environment AT ALL. Fights in the parking lot, upper management direct talk about employees to their face and through messages, and cleanliness of restrooms and public areas is horrendous!. HR is in Some foreign country who can barely help you. They could care less about you. DO NOT waste your life minutes here

      Pros

      Nice people, especially in the training phase. The support for trainees is very good, until you get to the nesting phase and then it's okay. There is a need to see if trainees can sink or swim, so it's understandable, but that and other things should be clear from the start.

      Cons

      If a customer blames you in a survey for something beyond your control - like the customer did not back up their phone and loses data - it causes you not to get bonus pay, and hurts your chances for advancement. This was not explained in training, nor is it fair. Management says there is no way to remove such bad reviews to just overcome it by getting as many good reviews as possible.
