Morale extremely low, it's like working on death row.
If they haven't been terminated already, younger talented people are leaving, older talented people are waiting for redundancy, and many of the talented people in between (those with families / sole breadwinners) live in fear of it being their turn. Many average people have their heads below the parapet.
The view from the bottom, is of a leadership appointing friends as their leutenants. Not that they are all without merit, but the perception is that a ruthless leadership cadre is being put together that are loyal to each other, but collectively view what's left if the nearly 100,000 people they gained from Xerox Services, as expendible.
