Lacks structure, SOP's and career progression plans. High attrition rate (both voluntary and involuntary with exempt and non-exempt roles.) Wages and salaries are not competitive. Work / life balance isn't the best for HR roles and warehouses manager roles. HR Managers must be available 24/7 for multiple sites. 12 hour shifts for warehouse workers at some of the locations. Point system for warehouse workers is undue, i.e. 1/2 pt off for 1 minute to 4 hours late.
