      Difficult to find any reasons to work for this company.

      Cons

      The education level, languages and any other credentials does not matter. What counts is the relationships you have within the company to be promoted. The managers are not focused on their employees development, they are focused on retention of their own position. Very often the only way to be promoted is to know somebody else on the top level. Unfortunately.

      There can be down times Not always exciting work Salary is not enough for Sydney, the city is extremely expensive
