there is big room for improvement New manager just came in place so hopefully for team there will be some improvements in future.............

Cons

very bad employee treatment note applicable any of Prague IT Services benefits Making new job rules( each time worse then previous ones) every month Firing in probation period without any previous explanation( today for today),neither meeting to discuss how some things might be improved on both sides

Pros

Stable and reliable company, relatively good pay and bonuses, friendly environment.

Cons

The problems come from completely wrong approach from management trying to lead the IT support company as pure IT business. Implementing new and expensive solutions leads to very high spending on IT while real business - Logistics and Forwarding do not benefit from that management games. As a result many people are leaving due to unsecured future.
